Terri Dawn's screenplay, Afraid For Your Life, received a WAB (Withoutabox.com) Action On Film (AOF) Written Word Nomination for Best Script! A scene from the Afraid For Your Life script has been taped and will be displayed on screen at the Action On Film International Film Festival (www.aoffest.com) on Thursday, July 30 at 2 p.m. at the Regency Academy Theatre in Pasadena, California.

Terri Dawn Arnold's column in the July issue of Hollywood Scriptwriter magazine is titled Principles of Genre Writing. She explains the process of storytelling in the specific forms of fantasy, science fiction, and suspense. The cover story is an interview with Departures director, Yojiro Takit. Departures is the winner of the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film of 2009 and 10 Japan Academy Prize Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, and Best Screenplay. In addition, this issue features an interview with Kneko Burney called Refreshment for the Senses. Kneko is the founder and CEO of Eyesoda.com, which delivers independent films instantly via streaming and is a social networking site for independent filmmakers.

Terri Dawn Arnold's script, Afraid For Your Life, was accepted and named as an Official Selection of the 2009 Action On Film (AOF) International Film Festival! A scene from the screenplay has been taped for display as part of the 2009 AOF Writers Series, and will be showcased on screen at the show. The festival schedule will be available at the AOF Web site, http://www.aoffest.com, by or before Tuesday, July 7th. The Action On Film International Film Festival takes place July 24th-July 31st at the Laemmle and Regency Theatres in Pasadena, California.

Terri Dawn Arnold's column in the October issue of Hollywood Scriptwriter magazine is titled, All Good Stories Have Plots. Also in this issue is an interview with Bottle Shock screenwriter, Ross Schwartz. Bottle Shock premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January, stars Bill Pullman, and is currently in theatres.

Terri Dawn Arnold will be a panelist for The Write Stuff workshop during the Sacramento International Film Festival on Friday, April 4th at 11:00 a.m. The workshop will be in the Green Room at the 24th Street Theatre in Sacramento, California. At this seminar, "the world's top screenwriters and coaches get your creative vision into a written work so it can be translated to the screen. In this panel, we'll cover the gamut related to writing approaches for different formats, from traditional screenplay writing to webisodes. We'll also discuss the business side as well, and what comes after you finally get your idea down on paper." - Sacramento International Film Festival.

World Premiere will be Sunday, July 29th at 1:45 p.m. in Theatre 7 during the Action On Film International Film Festival in Long Beach, California. The festival is being held at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. Terri Dawn Arnold's screenplay has been nominated for Best Script.

has been accepted into the Action On Film International Film Festival! The festival takes place July 27-29, 2007 at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center in Long Beach, California. The full schedule of movie screenings (for times, etc.) will be available on July 6th.

The registration deadline for Women of Film Conference '07 has been extended to Monday, July 9th. Do not miss this opportunity to network with women who are working at various levels in the film industry. It is a valuable experience for women who are professionals and women who are just getting started. Women of Film Conference '07 will be held on Saturday, July 21st in Roseville, California. Be sure to visit the Women of Film Conferences section for information as it is available. TDA Entertainment will submit The Two Sisters to various film festivals this year. Announcements about specific screening locations and times will be posted here and on The Two Sisters page.

has finished shooting and is now in post production. The Modesto Bee newspaper print an article about the movie on July 1. Also, a brief article about The Two Sisters is located at the Pretty Scary Web site.

The Two Sisters starts shooting this month. Eve Lorraine and Erin Daly will star as the two sisters, Lannie and Kellie. Retired NFL player Ola Murchison is also appearing as the university football coach, along with a very talented cast of performers.

February 2006
Terri Dawn Arnold has earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is very excited and proud to have completed such a rigorous program. Terri Dawn will continue working in film and education.

Terri Dawn will direct and produce her screenplay, The Two Sisters, this summer. Celeste Yarnall, Brinke Stevens, and Ron Millkie have been cast.

Spring 2005
Terri Dawn Arnold's screenplay, The Two Sisters, received a Best Screenplay nomination from ShockerFest International Film Festival. The Two Sisters is a crime-drama about two sisters, Lannie and Kellie, who are very close to each other. Lannie is the most evil of the two. When university classmates start becoming friends with Kellie, Lannie is threatened and finds a way to eliminate the problem. Kellie is "the nice one," but also has wicked tendencies.
